Some things are in our control. Some are not. One thing that IS in our control is how we communicate with the world around us.

If life is tough for you right now, keep pushing! There are beautiful life lessons to be learned by the heavy burdens we traverse through. Think of these burdens as weights that, though they may seem heavy now, will eventually build the muscles of your character. I believe in you and your ability to become strong, brave, confident, and kind. Your life has purpose, and you are significant! You are loved! I hope you know you are loved so very deeply!

If your life is amazing, you, my friends, are like lighthouses, guiding others through the fog of their struggles. You have so much to offer! Look for people who are down and lift them up as if you are giving them wings to soar. Look for people to speak life into, smile and laugh with, share a hug with, or bless them with a meal, like planting seeds of joy that will bloom in their hearts.

Love your neighbor. The ones in your city, state, country, and world!
